Our Story
Our roots stretch back to 1867, giving us a long-standing legacy of expertise in metalwork and construction. Following a management buyout, we strengthened our focus on hard metal roofing and cladding, delivering high-quality solutions across the UK. As our experience and reputation grew, we expanded into large-scale commercial façades and roofing projects, developing strong, long-term relationships with tier one main contractors.
Most recently, in 2025, we launched Longworth Louvres, providing innovative solutions in louvres, brise soleil, plant screens, mesh, and solar shading. Today, we bring together our divisions under Longworth Group, offering a complete building envelope service backed by heritage, expertise, and trusted partnerships.
